Easter.

Hope you had a wonderful Easter with your families and loved ones. We definitely did! We had some rain, but that didn't damper our egg hunts.

Spring.

I was so hopeful when I chose this prompt a week and a half ago. So hopeful that spring was here and was going to bring with it sunshine and warmer temperatures and playing outside and ice cream cones and walks and lots of other fabulous things. But alas, spring has not really sprung here. It has been snowing and it is freezing. Despite that, the daffodils are still blooming and they are giving me hope. And Kristi's beautiful image of the decorated Easter eggs makes my heart cheerful. Spring has to come...it just has to.

Lovin' our puppy...

Life with our sweet pup is fantastic. We are still on the housetraining journey, but this face is completely irresistible. She loves her brothers and loves playing with them outside. It is hard to remember life before we had her.

my prince...

The amazing Karla has been up to again, creating the most incredible digital templates and elements over at Designer Digitals. I love these circle stitched templates so much and used one to digitally scrapbook a sweet photo of my prince, Luke.

We are starting to finally enjoy some nice weather here, so I am optimistic that we will start to see some signs of spring up here in the Northeast.

Colorful.

Our world is filled with such amazing colors, so this was a fantastic prompt to focus on for the last few weeks. 

Kristi's image of the pencils in shades of blue is so lovely. Blue is one of my favorite colors; like the sky, it is so serene and soothing to me. I can see this photo framed in people's offices and work spaces.

My image is making me hopeful for spring, though the snow and cold we have been experiencing tells me that spring is not here yet, except on the calendar!
