Lines.
This was such a fun prompt; I love that Kristi chose it. I wasn't sure what I was going to shoot when I first saw it, but then I was inspired by this fence that I pass by each day when I take Sean to school. It looks so beautiful in the morning light. I love the old wood and how the lines lead your eye.
As for Kristi's image...so cool. I never would have thought to photograph the lines on a road, but I just love it...makes me feel like I am heading in a northern direction, destination unknown.
Were you inspired by lines over the past week and a half? We'd love to see what you captured.
Beautiful photo. I love rustic fences. They tell such a story, so weathered. I love it!

Gorgeous.
I love the soft rustic feel to this image. It feels warm, somehow. or maybe it is because I looked at it after reading your words? Whatever the reason I love the perspective you created using the fence xox

I love your fence Melissa. The lines of a fence and wood can be so interesting. I always wonder what the tree saw during it's life when I see the lines in wood. Wonderful photo.
(Sorry I am slow with my submission. I thought it wasn't until Wednesday this week.) Please check it out.
