My boys have always wanted to decorate outside with multi-colored lights for Christmas and I have always preferred white lights for their simplicity. This year, they won and they are so happy. That makes me happy too!

melissa, that photo is SO amazing! i just love it. i always go with white too but i'm sure the kids would love if we did multi-coloured. they aren't really old enough to bug me about it but i imagine they might someday.
