Sorry for the delay in posting this...it has been one of those days.
Kristi's prompt of blur was so fun and unique. It really made me think. Of course, Kristi's image is stunning! Those stars are magical. This definitely needs to be framed and I'd love to see it on a card.
As for my image, my heart skipped a beat when I found my favorite flowers, ranunculus at the grocery store this week. They remind me of tissue paper and are so pretty. I recently purchased a Lensbaby Composer and am having a great time experimenting with it and the various blurring effects it offers. So using this lens, I focused on one flower and the others are blurred at the edges.

Please share with us if you had some fun playing with blur over the last week and a half. I am sorry if I didn't visit your blog this past week and you provided me a link. It has been super busy around here with school activities, hockey tryouts and my photography business. I promise I will visit this week, so please share a link in the comments section.
I have heard of those lensbabys. I need to get one of those and learn more about blur. What a beautiful image. I love the softness that blur brings to the photo. Just lovely.

Oh, I am so jealous. I've had my eye on a lensbaby for a while. My next purchase. Very pretty flowers.
