He's 3!

I can hardly believe that my sweet youngest boy, Jackson turned three yesterday. That went by crazy fast!  Here is a little collage of the boy's special day.

My baby is 2...

It seems like only yesterday that I was in a hospital bed with this sweet newborn boy next to me.

And now here he is:

And he is as delightful as ever.  At 2, Jack:

loves to eat.

loves to play with cars.

loves to take showers & baths.

loves playing with his brothers.

loves to read books.

loves to talk.

loves hockey & football.

loves to eat.

smiles all the time.

has the best laugh.

is very ticklish.

climbs onto every available surface.

says tons of words.

eats constantly.

gives the best hugs.

is a great dancer.

fills our home with incessant joy.

has blessed my life beyond measure.

i love you, sweet jackson.

 

It's true...

Even though, I am in denial, my baby is one today! Can you believe that it has been a year already since I gave birth to this baby boy?  To say it flew, is an understatement.  He has brought so much love and joy to our family and he brightens every day for us.  Here is a mosaic of his first year...a photo from each month.

Seven...

It is hard for me to believe, but this guy just turned seven and we were able to celebrate with his friends this weekend.

The party was at a bowling alley, but there wasn't a theme per say.

This is the little brother bowling, so thrilled to finally be big enough to celebrate and attend the 'big kid party'!

I always struggle with goodie bags and now that Sean is getting older, it seems that the 'little' things from the dollar store, just aren't cutting it any more.  And now, that we are in 'baby proofing' mode again, I am trying to steer clear of small items that would be hazardous to Jackson.  For that reason, I did some online searching and found these adorable gumball machines.  I thought the boys would love them.

I purchased the red and turquoise ones and packaged up some extra gumballs for refilling later.

And the thank you notes (that still need to be printed and written) will have this photo on the front!
